Get a Free AssessmentCommon Problems We Fix
If any of these describe your situation, your email security needs attention.
SPF record too permissive
Your SPF record allows too many servers to send email as you, or it exceeds the 10-lookup limit and silently fails.
DKIM not set up or broken
Your emails aren't digitally signed, so receiving servers can't verify they really came from you.
DMARC set to "none"
Monitoring mode only — spoofed emails still land in people's inboxes. It's like having a security camera that doesn't alert anyone.
SPF/DKIM misalignment
Your domain, SPF, and DKIM don't agree on who's sending. This causes emails to fail authentication even when they're legitimate.
Someone's spoofing your domain
Bad actors are sending fake emails that look like they come from your company. Your customers are getting phished.
Emails landing in spam
Your legitimate emails end up in spam folders because receiving servers don't trust your domain's authentication setup.

Step 2
We scan your email setup
We check your SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklist status, and DNS records. All external — we don't need access to your email.
Step 3
You get a clear report
A plain-English PDF showing what's wrong, how bad it is, and exactly how to fix it. No jargon, no fluff.
Step 4
We fix it (if you choose)
With the Fix & Configure package, we make the DNS changes for you. Every change is logged with a rollback plan.

How We Protect Your Data
We built our process around the principle of least privilege. Here's how we keep your data safe.
DNS-only access
We only need access to your DNS records. Never your email, admin console, or internal systems.
Least-privilege approach
We request the minimum access needed. Temporary credentials only, revoked after the project.
Full change log
Every DNS change is documented with timestamps, before/after values, and who made the change.
Rollback plan included
Before any change, we prepare a rollback. If something unexpected happens, we revert immediately.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you need access to my email account?
No. We never touch your inbox. We only need access to your DNS records (where your domain's settings live). That's usually a simple login to your domain registrar like GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Cloudflare. We'll walk you through it.
How do you make the DNS changes?
We'll either make the changes ourselves (if you grant temporary DNS access) or give you exact copy-paste records to add. Every change is documented with a before/after log and a rollback plan in case anything needs to be undone.
What if I use Google Workspace?
We work with Google Workspace all the time. The fix involves updating DNS records at your domain registrar — not inside Google's admin console. We know the exact records Google requires and will configure them properly.
What if I use Microsoft 365?
Same approach. Microsoft 365 has specific SPF, DKIM, and DMARC requirements. We'll configure your DNS records to align with Microsoft's recommended settings and verify everything is passing.
Do you guarantee my emails will land in the inbox?
We can't guarantee inbox placement — no one honestly can, because it depends on content, sending behavior, and recipient filters. What we do guarantee is that your email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) will be correctly configured, which removes a major reason emails get flagged as spam.
What is SPF, DKIM, and DMARC?
These are three security settings for your domain that prove your emails are really from you. SPF says which servers can send email for your domain. DKIM adds a digital signature to every email. DMARC tells receiving servers what to do if SPF or DKIM checks fail. Together, they stop spoofing and improve deliverability.
How long does the fix take?
The core fix is completed within 7 business days. DNS changes propagate within 24-48 hours, and we verify everything is working with a follow-up scan. You'll have a before-and-after report showing the improvement.
What if something breaks?
Every change we make is logged and reversible. We provide a rollback plan before making any DNS modifications. If something unexpected happens, we can revert within minutes. In years of doing this, we've never needed to.
Can I just get the audit without the fix?
Absolutely. The $79 audit gives you a clear report of what's wrong, rated by severity, with plain-English explanations. You can hand it to your IT team or come back to us when you're ready for the fix.
Is the monitoring plan worth it?
If your business depends on email (sales outreach, invoices, customer communication), yes. DNS records can drift, new sending services can break SPF, and blacklists can catch you off guard. The $29/mo plan catches these before they become problems.
Can I upgrade from Audit to Fix later?
Yes. If you start with the $79 Audit and decide you want us to handle the fix, the $79 is applied toward the $299 Fix & Configure package — so you'd only pay the $220 difference.
Do you work with companies outside the US?
Yes. Email authentication is universal — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC work the same everywhere. We've worked with businesses in 15+ countries across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
